OSHAKATI, 14 APR (NAMPA) - Ohangwena Governor Kadiva Hamutumwa on Monday handed over of a newly constructed house to a resident of Oshandi village in the Ondobe Constituency.
The house was handed over to Lucia Petrus through the Office of the Governor and the Cash for Work Programme, an initiative aimed at creating employment opportunities while addressing urgent social needs in rural communities.
