TIRASPOL, April 9 (RIA Novosti) - Planned fiscal measures by Moldova targeting Transnistria violate European Union and World Trade Organization rules, Transnistrian Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatiev said in an interview with RIA Novosti. Chisinau is expected to introduce new taxes on Transnistrian businesses, including, for the first time, value-added tax (VAT) and excise duties payable to Moldova’s state budget.
