London (PA Media/dpa) - England will play their final warm-up matches for the World Cup against New Zealand and Costa Rica in Tampa Bay and Orlando respectively after finally confirming venues. The friendly against New Zealand will take place at the Raymond James Stadium on June 6 at 4pm (2000 GMT) before Thomas Tuchel's men move across Florida to the Inter& Co Stadium in Orlando for the match with Costa Rica, with the same kick-off time on June......
