New deputy ministers relieved of oversight roles in National Council

WINDHOEK, 09 APR (NAMPA) – National Council Chairperson Lukas Sinimbo Muha has announced that seven newly appointed deputy ministers have been excused from serving on standing committees in line with Rule 171 of the National Council Standing Rules and Orders.
Muha made the announcement during the Second Special Sitting of the Seventh National Council on Thursday, following recent appointments by President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah.
