MOSCOW, March 27 (RIA Novosti) - A US ground operation in Iran would lead to a grave situation for the United States, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said on Friday, adding that Tehran has repeatedly stated that in this case, its hands would be untied.
