Finnish President Alexander Stubb, who is close to the US and Ukrainian presidents, said he feared Washington-led Ukraine peace talks may be over, before backtracking to say they had stalled. "It may be due to the war in Iran, which is drawing a lot of attention away from the war in Ukraine.
