Restoring Iraq's Oil Production to Require Time, Investment - Prime Minister's Adviser

MOSCOW, March 26 (RIA Novosti) - The halt in oil production due to the situation surrounding Iran is damaging Iraq's oil industry, and restoring it to its previous levels will require investment and time, the Iraqi prime minister's financial adviser, Mazhar Mohammed Saleh, told RIA Novosti on Thursday.
