BELGRADE, March 23 (RIA Novosti) - Slovenian Prime Minister and leader of the ruling Freedom Movement (GS) Robert Golob has declared victory for his party in the parliamentary elections, though he said that negotiations to form a future ruling coalition will be difficult.
