MOSCOW, March 23 (RIA Novosti) - Emmanuel Gregoire, the candidate from France's left-wing Socialist Party who received support from other left-wing political forces in the country, was elected mayor of Paris following the second round of municipal elections, French broadcaster BFMTV reported.
