MOSCOW, March 19 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has granted state awards to Paralympic athletes and their coaches for their resilience and will to win at the Paralympic Games in Italy, according to the relevant decree published on the legal acts portal on Thursday. Putin has also expressed gratitude to athletes Dmitrii Fadeev and Filipp Shebbo, who participated in the 2026 Games....
