MOSCOW, March 19 (RIA Novosti) - The US Army quietly increased a contract with Lockheed Martin by $233.2 million to provide the Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) to the Baltic nations during the US government shutdown in 2025, a move that doubled the total program value to $465 million, according to a RIA Novosti correspondent's analysis of contract records posted to Sam.gov, the official website for US federal procurement and contract award......
