WASHINGTON, March 18 (RIA Novosti) - The MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida, on Wednesday issued a shelter-in-place warning amid a threat. "Shelter in place is currently in effect at MacDill Air Force Base. A threat was made against MacDill Air Force Base.
