MOSCOW, March 18 (RIA Novosti) - Slovakia is imposing 30-day restrictions on the sale and export of diesel fuel amid the oil crisis, Prime Minister Robert Fico said on Wednesday. "The government decree contains restrictions on the sale of diesel fuel.
