SWAKOPMUND, 27 APR (NAMPA) - Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform, Inge Zaamwani, has directed officials to urgently address water shortages, delayed responses to public correspondence and land servicing challenges in the Erongo Region, saying these issues directly affect livelihoods.
