(Adds remark from defense ministry in para 4) MOSCOW, March 3 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's Tsentr (Center) group of forces has eliminated up to 360 Ukrainian soldiers over the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Tuesday.
