MOSCOW, March 3 (RIA Novosti) - Ukrainian military training centers provide insufficient training that is of no use to forcibly mobilized civilians holding weapons for the first time, Ukrainian prisoner of war Rostislav Lemeshko said on Tuesday. "The training is, well, average.
