UNITED NATIONS, February 27 (RIA Novosti) - UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres welcomes negotiations between Iran and the United States and urges the sides to continue work on reaching an agreement on Tehran's nuclear program, spokesman Stephane Dujarric said on Friday.
