MOSCOW, February 27 (RIA Novosti) - It is up to Croatia whether to import Russian crude and send it onward to Slovakia and Hungary following the shutdown of the Druzhba pipeline, not to the European Union, European Commission spokesperson for energy Anna-Kaisa Itkonen said on Friday.
