London (PA Media/dpa) - Italian golfer Andrea Pavan says he has "a lot of rehab and hard work ahead" as he recovers in hospital after falling three floors down a lift shaft. The 36-year-old, a two-time DP World Tour winner, had been scheduled to play in this week's Investec South African Open Championship at Stellenbosch Golf Club.
