BELGOROD, February 25 (RIA Novosti) - Nearly 240 civilians have been wounded and 35 killed in Russia's Belgorod Region since the beginning of 2026 as a result of Ukrainian armed forces attacks, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on Wednesday.
