KAENDA, 25 FEB (NAMPA) - Residents of Kaenda in the Zambezi Region on Tuesday voiced concern over the deteriorating state of their local clinic, citing operational shortcomings and unfulfilled commitments during a familiarisation visit by Sibbinda Constituency Councillor Matengu Nkando.
