Frankfurt (dpa) - Many bank customers in Germany are broadly open to the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in financial services, but concerns about data leaks remain high, a survey showed. In a Civey poll of 4,000 online banking users commissioned by technology firm Solaris, 46.7% cited time savings as the biggest advantage of AI.
