US Wants Stable Relations With China, But Does Not Trust It - State Dept.

WASHINGTON, February 24 (RIA Novosti) – The United States is seeking a stable and constructive relationship with China, but does not trust Beijing, Under Secretary of State for Economic Affairs Jacob Helberg said on Tuesday. "The administration's policy towards China is we want a stable, constructive relationship with China. With that being said, it is also true that we do not trust China," Helberg told a House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing​​......
