WINDHOEK, 24 FEB (NAMPA) – High Economic Intelligence Managing Director, Salomo Hei, has said the lack of a final investment decision from oil majors is linked to policy uncertainty regarding local content and ownership structures for Namibian citizens.
The observations come ahead of the tabling of the national budget slated for Thursday by Minister of Finance Ericah Shafudah.
