Macron Skeptical About Short-Term Peace in Ukraine

MOSCOW, February 24 (RIA Novosti) - French President Emmanuel Macron said on Tuesday that he is highly skeptical about the prospects for achieving peace in Ukraine in the short term. "I want to comment on all initiatives in terms of negotiation, but I'm very skeptical, to say the least, on the fact that we will deliver a short-term peace," Macron said ahead of a meeting of the so-called "coalition of the willing."
