Wall Street stocks were mixed early Tuesday as markets struggle to regain momentum after worries about tariff uncertainty and negative artificial intelligence led to heavy losses in the prior session. New US tariffs came into effect at midnight after Donald Trump rejected Friday's Supreme Court ruling outlawing earlier levies. That added to fears that AI will pose harmful consequences to legacy technology companies and many white-collar workers.......
