Brussels allows Berlin to take over Rosneft Germany

Brussels (dpa) - The federal government in Berlin is allowed to take sole control of Rosneft Germany after the approval of the European Commission. "The commission concluded that the notified transaction would not raise competition concerns," according to a press release published on Friday.
