Venezuela's legislature on Thursday postponed the adoption of a landmark amnesty bill expected to lead to the release of hundreds of political prisoners. MPs voted to postpone a second and final debate on the highly-anticipated bill after failing to reach agreement on at least one of the articles, AFP witnessed.
