NKURENKURU, 12 FEB (NAMPA) – Kavango West Regional Council Chief Regional Officer, Matheus Singambwe has accused the Northern Regional Electricity Distributor (Nored), NamPower and NamWater of failures that cost livelihoods, compromise safety, and undermine essential services across the region.
