WINDHOEK, 12 FEB (NAMPA) – The National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) on Thursday inaugurated its head office in honour of its late founding chairperson Zedekia Ngavirue, which coincided with its 20th anniversary celebrations.
Ngavirue, who served as the organisation’s first chairperson, served two councils from 2005 to 2013 and played a pivotal role in establishing the council as Namibia’s national coordinating and quality assurance body...
