OTAVI, 04 FEB (NAMPA) – The recruitment process for a substantive chief executive officer for the Otavi Town Council is scheduled to begin in March this year.
Acting CEO Heita Shikeenga told Nampa in an interview on Tuesday that while the vacancy was advertised in October 2025 and applications closed on 18 November, shortlisting is yet to take place.
