Palmeiras targets Wolves midfielder Arias

RIO DE JANEIRO, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) -- Palmeiras has made a bid to sign Colombia international midfielder Jhon Arias from Premier League club Wolverhampton Wanderers, according to widespread media reports. The Sao Paulo side is willing to pay 25 million euros (30 million U.S. dollars) to secure the 28-year-old at the end of the current European season, Brazilian news outlet Globo Esporte reported.
