KATIMA MULILO, 04 FEB (NAMPA) – Zambezi Governor, Dorothy Kabula, on Tuesday launched an Environmental Impact Assessment for the development of 500 erven within the Bukalo Village Council’s boundaries.
In her remarks, Kabula said development and conservation are not mutually exclusive, and with proper planning, people can build bigger, better homes and businesses simultaneously.
