ISTANBUL, February 4 (RIA Novosti) - Turkey and Saudi Arabia have signed a renewable energy agreement under which Saudi companies will build solar power plants in Turkey for $2 billion, providing electricity to nearly 2 million households, Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar said.
