MOSCOW, February 4 (RIA Novosti) - The second round of talks between Russia, the United States and Ukraine is expected to begin in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday and continue into Thursday. The Russian delegation will be led by Chief of the General Staff's Main Intelligence Directorate Igor Kostyukov.
