OTJIWARONGO, 31 JAN (NAMPA) – The Municipality of Otjiwarongo on Friday started disconnecting the provision of water to several residential and business properties that failed to settle their outstanding bills in rates and taxes for two consecutive months.
Public Relations Officer, Adelheid Shilongo told Nampa in an interview on Friday that residents owe the municipality more than N.dollars 65 million.
