Germany to introduce new rules to tackle 'disposable agents'

Berlin (dpa) - The German lower house of parliament, or Bundestag, explicitly criminalized the "exercise of foreign influence and related agent activity" on Thursday evening to tackle the phenomenon of co-called "disposable agents." The new paragraph in the criminal code provides for up to five years in prison if someone commits a "deliberate unlawful act" on behalf of a foreign power - at least when the act itself does not already carry a high......
