EU Does Not Want to Initiate Resumption of Dialogue With Russia - Kallas

MOSCOW, January 29 (RIA Novosti) - The European Union does not want to initiate a resumption of dialogue with Moscow and does not intend to offer Russia any concessions regarding Ukraine, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said on Thursday. "We cannot be the demanders here, we go to Russia [and say] 'talk to us.' What is the picture right now, is that the concessions the Americans are putting on Ukraine are quite strong, so I do not think there......
