3 Cambodians wounded in cluster bomb explosion in Oddar Meanchey province

PHNOM PENH, Jan. 29 (Xinhua) -- Three Cambodian electricity workers were injured on Thursday morning when one of them accidentally stepped on a cluster bomb in Oddar Meanchey, said a mine clearance chief. Heng Ratana, director general of the Cambodian Mine Action Center (CMAC), said the cluster munition explosion occurred along National Road 58 in Bosthom village of Banteay Ampil district's Kokpos commune when they were connecting electricity......
