Kremlin Not Commenting on Agreement Between Lukoil, Carlyle, Calls This Corporate Issue

MOSCOW, January 29 (RIA Novosti) - Moscow is not commenting on the agreement between Russian energy giant Lukoil and US investment company Carlyle, as this is a corporate issue, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday.
