New START Treaty to Expire Soon, No Response From US to Russia's Extension Plan - Kremlin

MOSCOW, January 29 (RIA Novosti) - The New START (New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty) is about to expire, and the United States has not yet responded to Russia's initiative under this treaty, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday.
