A Montenegrin tribunal on Wednesday sentenced a former president of the country's top court to 10 years in prison for unlawful influence in an organised crime case. The High Court in Podgorica found Vesna Medenica guilty of four counts of unlawful influence but acquitted her of "forming a criminal organisation" led by her son Milos Medenica, due to lack of evidence, the court said in a statement on its website.
