Rubio Says Russia-Ukraine Talks This Week Expected to Be Bilateral

WASHINGTON, January 28 (RIA Novosti) - US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Wednesday that Russia-Ukraine talks this week are expected to be bilateral.
