London (PA Media/dpa) - Fulham have agreed a £27 million ($37.2 million) deal to sign Norway winger Oscar Bobb from Manchester City. The Press Association understands the deal includes a 20% sell-on clause, while City will retain matching rights for the 22-year-old, who has fallen down the pecking order at the Etihad Stadium since the arrival of Antoine Semenyo from Bournemouth earlier this month.
