TSANDI, 23 AUG (NAMPA) - At 90, Tatekulu Festus Amukwa Shikalepo carries a memory that Namibia returns to every 26 August: the memory of a morning when the sound of helicopters over Omugulugombashe signalled the beginning of a war that would change the course of the country’s history.
