Kazakhstan Chartered Tankers Attacked on CPC Not Part of ‘Gray’ Fleet – Authorities

MOSCOW, January 28 (RIA Novosti) - The tankers chartered by Kazakhstan that were attacked on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) did not belong to the "gray fleet," Kazakh Energy Minister Erlan Akkenzhenov said on Wednesday.
