MOSCOW, January 28 (RIA Novosti) - The Hong Kong-listed Zijin Gold International, a subsidiary of the Zijin Mining Group Company Limited, has agreed to purchase the Allied Gold Corporation for $4 billion, the Canadian company said in a statement.
