MOSCOW, January 27 (RIA Novosti) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said in an interview out on Tuesday that Volodymyr Zelenskyy was ready to meet in person with Russian President Vladimir Putin to discuss territorial issues and the Russia-controlled Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant.
