Russia foils terrorist plot on transport infrastructure: FSB

MOSCOW, Jan. 27 (Xinhua) -- Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) said Tuesday that it has detained three people suspected of planning a terrorist attack on a transport infrastructure facility in the Sverdlovsk region. The suspects, all Russian citizens, were attempting to set fire to a railway, the FSB said in a statement.
