WINDHOEK, 14 JAN (NAMPA) – United Democratic Front Youth League (UDFYL) Secretary General, Reinold Goseb on Wednesday expressed concern regarding the current policy that allows learners to complete Grade 11 without providing adequate funding mechanisms for furthering their education.
